A motor accident, which occurred in the afternoon on Saturday, June 19 at Jambra, near Breman Asikuma in the Central Region, has killed one man.

Eye witness account states that the motorbike, which was carrying two people – the rider and the friend crashed the walls of the culvert constructed along the road in Jambra township.

One person died on the spot with the other person in a critical condition and has been taken to the Our Lady of Grace Hospital in Breman Asikuma.

The deceased is said to be the only son among five children if his parent. One of his sister’s wedding was ongoing and he was running errand for her when this unfortunate incident occurred.
