Has Built An Electric Incubator With Local Materials

In a viral photos trending on the social media has spotted a boy who has used our local materials to build an electric incubator. A young boy whose name has been identified as Samuel Asante, a student of Nkwatia Methodist Junior High School (JHS) has shaked the internet with his talent.

From the report gathered has suggested that the young boy has been able to use his electric incubator to hatch eggs into chicks. Many people have gone crazy about this young boy for exhibiting his talent. The photos ever since it hits online has received a lot of reactions from many people.

People who reacted has called on the government to support this young boy in order to produce these electric incubators for poultry famers in the country. Many Ghanaians have talents and if attention is paid to these talents it will help boost Ghana’s Economy and can in tend bring job to the youth in the country.

One Teacher, One Laptop; Vice President Of Ghana, Dr Bawumia Launched And Handed Over 350,000 Laptops.

At a brief but colourful ceremony at the campus of the St Mary’s Senior High School on Friday, September 3, Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Bawumia launched and handed over 350,000 laptops under the ‘One Teacher One Laptop’ programme in fulfilment of government’s pledge to equip Ghana’s teachers with the requisite ICT skills to prepare the next generation for the Fourth Industrial revolution. 

He underscored that effective teaching and learning is critical to developing the human capacity for work, innovation and creativity; necessary ingredients for capacity building. Teachers are indispensable pillars to this necessary capacity building. This initiative, in collaboration with the Teacher Unions, is to support the vision of the Ghana Education Service of creating an enabling environment to facilitate effective teaching and learning.

The government will provide teachers in Ghana with laptops preloaded with educational materials and with access to an E-Library equipped with books recommended by the GES on the various subjects. The materials can be accessed whether online or offline and with free Wi-Fi available in 722 Senior High Schools across the country, access to the almost innumerable resources available on the internet is expected to aid research, teaching and learning.

The Black Stars held a spirited jama session after their last training session on Thursday evening at the Cape Coast Stadium.

The 32 players in camp looked supercharged as they sang songs to motivate themselves for tonight’s game.

The Black Stars have a date with Group G opponents Ethiopia on Friday, September 3 at the Cape Coast stadium.

None of the players were left out in the jama session as the likes of Jefferey Schlupp, Daniel Kofi Kyere, Braydon Manu who couldn’t sing the songs joined with claps and dancing.

The jama session is always a fun moment for the Black Stars which sums up their final training session a night before their games.
